Benefits of incorporating sustainable design: Bryden Wood’s Head of Sustainability teaches Manchester School of Architecture (MArch) students

Tomorrow, though I’m getting ready to show you one of our bigger projects from the last year.

I love that color pallet too because it feels calm and clean to me and just makes me feel happy. And now this room makes me feel happy too!

It didn’t take much to make the decor really come together in this room.I started with the grey and white rug and then chose these.grey and white Tara Ikat pillows.

After that, I just pulled a few more extra pillows into this room that were floating around the living room, stuck them in a basket and on a side chair and things were looking pretty great.

I used a little bit of scrap fabric that I had leftover from other projects on the wreath and on the table and that’s all it took!Speaking of jars, here’s a close of up the jars included with the kit..

I washed them and then warmed them up in the canner just like it said to in the instructions.. And speaking of the canner….Isn’t it a beauty?

I thought I was a little strange for being so in love with a big pot, but then Kennedy came home from camp and said “Oooo!Did they really give this to you?” So the love of canning must be genetic..
